| 출품품목 | 본 제품은 반도체 웨이퍼 칩 및 패키지의 미세 불량을 자동 촬영·분석하는 AI 기반 웨이퍼 불량 분석 시스템이다. 1,000배율 이상의 광학현미경, 고해상도 산업용 카메라와 정밀 XYZ 스테이지를 연동하여 분당 60장 이상의 이미지를 자동 촬영하며, Z축 미세 제어를 통해 초점을 자동 보정한다. 촬영 이미지는 AI 기반 스티칭 기술로 최대 5,000매 이상 결합하고, 엣지 검출 알고리즘을 적용해 치수와 결함 위치를 정밀 측정한다. 또한 CNN 기반 패턴인식 기술로 촬영 이미지와 골든 이미지를 비교하여 불량 유형과 위치를 자동 검출한다. 분석 결과는 IoT 플랫폼 서버에 저장되며, 개발·품질·공정 부서와 고객사가 클라이언트 S/W를 통해 웨이퍼 레이어, 패키지 표면 및 X-ray 이미지를 중첩·비교할 수 있다. 이를 통해 수작업 분석 시간을 단축하고 불량 원인 규명과 공정 개선을 지원하는 제품이다. This product is an AI-based wafer defect analysis system designed to automatically capture and analyze microscopic defects in semiconductor wafer dies and packages. It integrates an optical microscope with magnification of 1,000× or higher, a high-resolution industrial camera, and a precision XYZ stage to capture more than 60 images per minute. Fine Z-axis control enables automatic focus adjustment. The captured images can be combined through AI-based stitching technology to ｃreate a single composite image from more than 5,000 individual images, while edge-detection algorithms precisely measure dimensions and defect locations. In addition, CNN-based pattern recognition technology automatically detects defect types and locations by comparing captured images with golden reference images. The analysis results are stored on an IoT platform server, allowing development, quality, and process departments, as well as customers, to overlay and compare wafer-layer, package-surface, and X-ray images using client software. The system reduces manual inspection time and supports rapid defect root-cause analysis and process improvement. |
